    Ken McCargar started the company on his own – with the goal of helping small to mid-sized companies claim back incorrect freight charges that they’d already paid to their carriers.

    Current President, Graham McCargar, purchases the company from his father, injecting new energy and focus on growth, while ensuring the company retains its culture and soul of a family business.

Graham McCargar

Graham McCargar

President

Graham McCargar, President of MC Freight, started his life in the transportation industry at age 3 (forklift ride-alongs with his Dad in the terminal). After purchasing the company from his father in 2007, Graham increased the company’s global presence by creating its Freight Forwarding division, and has since grown annual revenues by 115%.

Today, Graham’s focus is on setting the company’s long term growth strategy, with a goal on changing the way our clients think about their supply chain.

When he’s not working, Graham enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 young kids travelling, eating great food, and playing hockey.

Gillian Davies-Sall

Gillian Davies-Sall

Director of Finance

Gillian is a reliable professional with broad knowledge to all accounting, financial and business principles. Driving the financial planning and human resources for the past 35 years in a variety of industries has contributed to her strong business acumen.

The goal is to effectively lead the company towards profitability and long-term success by working as a part of a remarkable team.

Away from the business Gillian enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors golfing or walking and travelling to new places.

Carrie Mayert, our Director of Operations, started her career in transportation in 1994 as an office clerk filing paperwork and answering phones.

Joining the MC Freight management team in 2011, Carrie has applied her knowledge and experience from over 25 years of transportation and logistics sector, and has developed a successful team of operations specialists that coordinate freight movements across the globe. Carrie is a strong advocate for excellent service with a focus on customer advocacy, resulting in our clients’ success.

In her spare time, Carrie loves to support her charities, hit the retail stores, spend time with her family and friends, and enjoy fine wine.
